REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 3 days of customer receipt. Due to the storage requirements of frozen goods, and the inability for us to verify they were properly handled, we are unable to offer refunds past the three-day window. To request a refund, please email our customer service team @ customerservice@kenstonfarms.com with a copy of your receipt and reason for the refund. We will then provide instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our refund policy criteria, we will contact you to make arrangements for processing the refund.
